Limestone Coast is a prized area in the south-eastern corner of South Australia. It's blessed by the ocean breezes, which cool the vineyards, slow the ripening, and produce grapes with freshness, aroma and concentration. A wide range of grape varieties, both red and white, excel in the area – including Shiraz, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Gold Top is a wonderful example of Chardonnay from this premium region. Creamy, buttery, full-flavoured and rich – only one name would do! Like a traditional full-on ‘Gold Top’ milk, this is golden Australian Chardonnay at its most indulgent. Lashings of peaches and cream on every sip, all perfectly balanced by a sunny citrus zip that’s oh-so moreish. Sip solo or alongside creamy mushroom pappardelle.
