Since Vincent took over the estate with his wife Céline in 1994, their respect for traditional methods and organic farming has been obvious. The result is wines that embrace the character of both the land and the grapes, with astonishing concentration and personality that are celebrated by critics.
This is a lively, concentrated white wine, packed with notes of bright Amalfi lemon and white peach fruit, balanced by hints of almonds and freshly baked, buttery pastry, with a crisp minerality. Delicious on its own or paired with roast chicken or grilled fish.
