Like our Dan Parrott, who used his contacts to secure this velvety Shiraz from premium, cool climate Langhorne Creek. We aren't allowed to name the winery, but we don't think you'll mind once you taste the classic black and red fruit tones and its lavish, long finish. Great with rich pasta dishes.
