Wyfold is a tiny 2-hectare vineyard in the Chilterns that, from its first release in 2009, has won awards … three Trophies to date. These bubblies are very much family made, with her son, Henry, as winemaker and all members of the Laithwaite family pulled in to volunteer as helpers! Using the classic trio of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, all handpicked and the grapes vinified using the same traditional method as they do in Champagne, these are rich and deliciously complex bubblies to savour, now and a few years to come.
