Split Rock 20th Anniversary Reserve is a luxurious single-vineyard edition of one of our all-time bestselling New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs.
There’s a reason the original Split Rock has been popular for so long. It’s from a family winery in Nelson – next door to Marlborough. Nelson shares the same cool maritime climate but enjoys even longer hours of sunshine, leading to even more vibrant wines.
It’s been a bestseller since we first launched it 20 years ago – and this special Anniversary Reserve takes the quality up even higher. The grapes come from the estate’s Edens Road vineyard, where older vines and rocky soils produce super-concentrated fruit. Vintage conditions were perfect, producing “beautifully balanced whites” (Decanter).
Intensely aromatic with vibrant citrus and tropical fruit and a crisp finish, it’s perfect with fresh seafood – oysters, prawns or grilled fish. Also great with goat’s cheese salads or a fragrant Thai green curry.
