Primátor beer is made in the Czech town of Náchod, where they’ve been perfecting their brewing techniques for centuries. A recent brewery makeover has resulted in a brand new brewhouse and a roomy cellar, perfect for maturing their fine ales.
Made from purest spring water, this top-fermented IPA uses four types of malt and six different hops, namely Summit, Chinook, Cascade, Triskel, Citra and Galaxy. It has attractive scents of tropical fruit, citrus and wildwood resin.
Best served in a tall slender glass to ensure an attractive head. A natural bitterness makes it truly refreshing. Also great with lamb or pork recipes.
