The Story Behind the Bottle
La Grace comes from a Premier Grand Cru Classé – the finest estates in all of Bordeaux – that’s owned by one of the region’s best-known wine families. They didn’t want to upset customers who normally pay a lot more for their wines, so you won’t see their name on the label. But to give you an idea of the quality you can expect, the château’s highly acclaimed white scored 94 points from James Suckling. This comes from the same vines and receives the same lavish care – all the grapes are handpicked, there’s rigorous sorting in the vineyard and winery, and it’s blended by the best in the business. Ripe and intensely concentrated with white peaches, lemon blossom and refreshing grapefruit on the finish – its fine wine pedigree is unmistakable.
