Champagne Dom Pérignon Rosé x Damien Hirst (in gift box) 2010

Dom Pérignon has been one of the most iconic Champagne’s in the world since its inaugural 1921 vintage and is frequently first choice of the rich and famous the world over.
This limited-edition 2010 Vintage Rosé is a colourful collaboration with artist Damien Hirst, drawing inspiration from his Kaleidoscope series, reinterpreting the Maison’s historic shield in a contemporary fashion.
Dom Pérignon himself was a 17th century monk at l’Abbaye Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers, whose ambition was to make the best wine in the world. Hugh Johnson dubbed him “the first perfectionist” and legend has made him synonymous with Champagne. Fitting then that this should be made from the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and released after several years in the cellar. A wine of extraordinary complexity and finesse to serve just cellar cool, on its own or with salmon canapés.
