Service and Delivery Options

We highly recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays during the busy Christmas period.

• Standard Delivery – Your order will be delivered in 2-3 days. Deliveries are between 7am - 9pm.
• Next-day or Named-day delivery – Please order by 2pm for delivery the following day. Your order will be delivered next day or on your selected day (Monday to Saturday) between 7am - 9pm. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our Named Day Service for delivery to the Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, islands and Northern Ireland.
• Highlands & Islands Deliveries: Please place your order by Wednesday 17th December
• Collect from Store: Please place your order by Wednesday 17th December. Your store will be in touch once your order is ready for collection
• Storage Delivery: Please request any cases to be withdrawn from our storage facilities by Tuesday 9th December

For the best experience we recommend you subscribe to our Unlimited service. A one-off payment of £29.99 entitles you to free delivery for a year – including free Next-day delivery. There’s no minimum order – you’ll get free delivery even on a single bottle. And you can get delivery to multiple addresses, so it’s perfect for gifting!

When will my delivery arrive?

Please see below for our Standard Delivery times. Orders on our standard delivery service will be delivered by Christmas.

For up to date information on the whereabouts of your order, please follow the carrier tracking link included in your dispatch email. Please note that we do try hard to keep orders of more than one case together, however; split deliveries do occasionally happen.
