As there is no delivery charge for any order, including subscription cases and gift items, for the entire year – this means you’ll have paid off your membership fee in savings after just 4 orders, based on standard delivery being £7.99 per order.

There is no minimum order requirement for free delivery – even just one bottle.

Delivery dates, including next-day delivery, can be chosen, and the cutoff time for placing orders for next-day delivery is 4pm.

Orders with free delivery can be tracked through the Sunday Times Wine Club website or by contacting customer service on 03330 148 168. You’ll also receive a text message on the day of delivery advising you of a time slot when you can expect your parcel.

Free wine delivery is available to up to 20 different delivery addresses within the UK.

We deliver to all regions within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

With the Unlimited membership, you can order as often as you like within the 12-month membership period.

In addition to free next-day delivery, Unlimited members will receive regular exclusive offers and events via email.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. To do so call us on 03330 148 168, email customerservice@sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk or complete a cancellation form

If you’re not in to receive the delivery, please select a safe place (ideally sheltered from the elements and concealed from public view) for your order to be left. If you do not have a safe place for your order to be left, please select the option “No safe place. Hand to Customer or Neighbor and an image will be taken of your order being delivered.

Yes, you can gift a membership to someone else by signing up on their behalf and providing their details during the registration process.
