You can change the wines, quantity, price or delivery date anytime before then. Every case is yours to customise! This offer price is guaranteed for 12 months from your first order date. We’ll use the same card you purchased your first case with. This will be charged shortly before despatch.

Your second case will arrive 8 weeks after your first 12-bottle case of essentials. We'll send you a reminder email a week before. If it's a bit too soon, you can always delay your delivery date - It’s quick and simple to do online.

Yes! Once you log into your account, it's just a couple of clicks to manage your subscription settings:

• Change in circumstances? Cancel online, anytime (no fees, lock-ins or commitment)
• Need a break? Push your delivery to a later date or adjust your delivery schedule
• Want to re-order your favourites? Swap, add or remove wines from your next case

Yes! You can handpick the wines in your renewal case from our superb range. Visit the Subscriptions section of My Account online, at any time before your renewal case is dispatched to swap, add, or remove bottles. You can change individual wines, reorder your favourites, or change your case size (there’s a minimum of six bottles).

Of course! You can push your next delivery date back as often as necessary. It’s quick and simple to do online.

You can also adjust your delivery schedule to deliver every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

Call us, and we will collect any remaining bottles and issue a full refund. No quibbles. With any Laithwaites wine, you only pay for what you like.
