The Wine
Before wine became the music of his life, Adrian Pike was the founder of music label Moshi Moshi. But then in a restaurant in Soho in 2014, Adrian had a lightbulb moment about the quality potential of English wine and decided to take a leap. He quit the music industry, studied wine production, and 3 years later bought Westwell vineyard in Kent. Westwell is located just beneath the Pilgrims Way on the North Downs, a route used for centuries by Pilgrims travelling to Canterbury. Pelegrim (meaning Pilgrim in Middle English) pays homage to this history. It’s a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with reserve wines added for extra depth. Aged 3 years on lees, it’s rich, biscuity and fruit-forward.
"An English Sparkling to be proud of. Rounded fruit aromas with biscuity notes from age"
Becca Reeves
An exciting new find from Kent. Westwell’s flagship sparkling wine – stone fruit, rich and toasty
