Bill was a champion boxer in his youth but in his 20s it became apparent his real talent lay in winemaking, triumphantly proved when he was awarded the Order of Australia for his contribution to the industry. Bill and his team, headed now by Emma Norbiato, craft affordable, high-quality wines by sourcing the best quality grapes from the region and fermenting them in small parcels. Rounded and elegant, his No.1 Chardonnay is delicious with sauced fish and chicken.
