The Voyager Estate Coastal Chardonnay is made from hand‑harvested, organically grown grapes and was matured for nine months in French oak.
Winemaker Tim Shand describes the wine as having “abundant ripe fruit flavour but with a delicate citrus line throughout”. Chill lightly and enjoy with salmon with Hollandaise sauce, Caesar salad or slow‑roast pork belly.
