Cultivated in this region for centuries (and known in Australia as Pinot Saint Georges) Négrette makes supple reds and deep pinks. Violette de Mireval is a creation by the talented Nicole McPheeters. Hailing from Arizona, her winemaking journey spans the globe – from Australia to Bordeaux. On a quest to craft a modern rosé, Nicole carefully chose Négrette grapes from award-winning growers, resulting in a vibrant, lively pink, rich in ripe summer berries, exotic fruit and citrus. Serve it chilled as an aperitif or pair with seafood.
