Winemaking legend Opi Sadler selects finest parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from high-altitude vineyards in a quality enclave of Argentina’s premium Mendoza region. Here, grapes ripen evenly, developing great levels of freshness. Back in the cellar, the wine is then aged in oak barrels for a year to lend extra depth and smoothness.
The result is a gloriously silky red bursting with ripe black fruits, toasty vanilla and spice with a long finish. Enjoy it with grilled barbecue meats, steak, hearty pasta dishes or aged cheeses.
