The Story Behind the Bottle

The estate’s soil is light and stony, which, combined with plenty of snowmelt for irrigation and biting winds, result in the sort of thick-skinned grapes that are ideal for structured reds. Partly oaked, this velvety black fruit and lightly spiced Malbec partners roast beef or steaks perfectly. Best decanted.
