The Story Behind the Bottle
Samuel Billaud started his winemaking career in 1985 at his family's revered Domaine Billaud-Simon. He then set up on his own in 2009 and later inherited some of his father’s most prized vineyards. Today he’s considered in the top echelon of Chablis winemakers, alongside the likes of Raveneau and Dauvissat. We’ve worked with him since day one and so are privileged to be able to offer his Grands Crus, which are only made in tiny quantities.
