Parcel Selecta is an exciting opportunity to secure this special project red. It's from an ace cellar, named as a 'New World Top 5' winery. Leading their winemaking is Miriam Gomez, who has worked at some of the world's top cellars, including £355-a-bottle Opus One. Aged well over a year in barrel, the rest in bottle, this fine red has dark plum, cassis, strawberry and cherry notes, rippled by the toasty vanilla of oak.
