This great non-alcoholic fizz is from Noughty, founded by the multi-award-winning Amanda Thomson. Formerly an arts broadcaster on the BBC, Amanda went for a complete change of direction and studied for her wine diploma, before starting the company. Along the way, she’s won the LCB Entrepreneur Award for Best Wine Concept and was voted one of Business Insider’s Coolest People in Food & Drink, Le Cordon Bleu’s Entrepreneur of the Year, and is an EY Winning Woman. Her aim is to lead a global shift to integrate quality non-alcoholic wine drinking with traditional wine. This is a crisp, fruity fizz made all from La Mancha Tempranillo from Central Spain.
