Nostro Posto Nero d'Avola 2023

In Sicily, family is all important – it's the coming together of people to make an occasion special. That's exactly what they do at the special Settesoli cooperative cellar. And cooperative neatly sums them up – individual farmer growers and winemakers, working harmoniously together to make great wine. The cellar was 'adopted' in the 1970s by Diego Planeta, from the famous Planeta family who kickstarted the renaissance of this Italian isle. Nostro Posto – meaning from 'our place to yours' – is pure Nero d'Avola, made with warm hands, a big heart and the true passion of their homeland. It's silky, lightly spiced and seriously Sicilian! And the perfect red to share with friends over a bowl of pasta, melt-in-the-mouth arancini or pizza.
