Naturally fermented and bottled in a striking 75cl format, it pours pale gold with a fine, persistent sparkle. The aroma is pure orchard elegance – ripe pear, white blossom and a hint of honey. On the palate, it’s delicately sweet yet perfectly balanced, with soft bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish.
