When they had stock that needed to be cleared fast, we happily stepped in to help. Fresh from the 2025 vintage, described by this winemaker as ‘legendary’ in Hawke’s Bay, this is bursting with grapefruit, gooseberries and lemon zest. With a sea-spray freshness, it’s superb with scallops, prawns or fish in lemon butter sauce.
