Founded in 1885, the Bougrier family cellar remains true to its origins – to make wines that express the great vineyards that stretch along the length of the Loire. We've worked with the family for 20 years now and are always first to taste through the vats straight after vintage. Their Les Héritiers range showcases the Loire's finest classic grapes and appellations – here, that's Chenin Blanc from a top plot in Vouvray. It's gently lees aged to add creamy weight to the intense lemony, pear and peach fruit, balanced by a touch of sweetness. You’ll taste the purity of fruit in the delicious Les Héritiers Dubois, perfect to sip on its own and also great alongside grilled or smoked fish or a warm goat’s cheese salad.
