Back then, that was a novelty – but it soon proved a hit, winning ‘White Wine of the Year’ at the International Wine Challenge. Today, Haut-Brion-trained winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua is just as passionate, personally selecting the best grapes from Sauveterre in Entre-Deux-Mers and overseeing every step of the process.
