This bright Chardonnay is the new creation from our Italian grape-growing friend Natale Seghesio. Everything Natale does in his vineyard in Piedmont is meticulous and by hand. The practice of careful selection during harvest is almost a mediative task for Natale, allowing his mind a moment of focus and reflection. It’s often during this period that he will mindfully be composing his poem to immortalize the vintage. An act he does to celebrate every new release. You’ll see this wine’s poem printed on the front label. Enjoy its lively, elegant character that brims with fresh orchard fruits and ripe tropical notes. A brief time in barrel has provided texture and structure making it a good companion to roast chicken, sushi or salads.
