Yann Chave adheres to organic principles through all his vineyards, taking the Syrah grapes for this exceptional red from three plots in Crozes Hermitage - La Roche de Glun, Mercurol and Pont de l'Isère. Together these express the vintage, the terroir and the maker. Wild yeast fermentation with ageing in vat, this is a very pure red, ideal with lamb or a rich casserole.
