Since taking over his family estate in 1985, he’s meticulously refined every stage of production, from vineyard to cellar. Patrick insists on harvesting at the last possible moment from his chalk and clay vineyards. The result? Sauvignon Blancs that are among the region’s finest – bursting with dazzling citrus, grapefruit and blossom, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish. This is classic Loire Sauvignon, without the hefty Sancerre price tag. Great for solo sipping, and a superb match with seafood, chicken or salads.
