Patrick insists on harvesting at the last possible moment from his chalk and clay vineyards. The result? Sauvignon Blancs that are among the region’s finest – bursting with dazzling citrus, grapefruit and blossom, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish. This is classic Loire Sauvignon, without the hefty Sancerre price tag. Great for solo sipping, and a superb match with seafood, chicken or salads.
