The Wine
For lovers of racy white wines, Côte de Cristal Piquepoul is a must-try. It’s from southern France’s Languedoc region, where demand for Picpoul de Pinet has soared in recent years. While the official AOC wines are made in tiny quantities and snapped up quickly for export, savvy locals have long enjoyed the same zesty style for less.
