Con Carne Malbec 2025

Argentina has been wowing us with the wonders of Malbec for years now. The grape originated from Bordeaux and southwest France but was adopted by Argentina’s winemakers. Now they’ve made it their own, softening its tannins and bringing out all its supple black fruit and floral aromas.
Con Carne is the creation of winemaker Diego Sinatra (no relation to the legend), who learnt his skill at some of the country’s top cellars. He’s partial to Argentina’s other claim to fame – premium steak – and crafted the wine with this in mind. The grapes are from the renowned Tupungato region in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, an area with some of the highest, coolest vineyards.
It’s no wonder that this red wine has freshness and appealing fruit that’s perfect with meat dishes.
