The Story Behind the Bottle
Clos de Tart is one of only five Grands Crus Monopoles in Burgundy, the others being Romanée-Conti, La Tâche, La Romanée and La Grande Rue. Awarded 94-96 points by Wine Advocate, the 2021 has “all the inherent charm of the vintage with rare depth and seriousness”. Expect a layered bouquet of raspberry, black cherry, subtle spice and rose petal. The palate is elegant, with fine tannins and a long finish that showcases the vineyard’s exceptional terroir.
