The olives are organically farmed and milled within just three to five hours of picking, using mechanical extraction with no heat or chemicals. That’s how they capture all that vibrant freshness.
A wonderfully green, herbaceous oil, alive with artichoke, almond and apple notes. Then comes the finish – clean, fresh and wonderfully peppery.
