Laurent-Perrier is known for the freshness, elegance and purity of its Champagnes, combining traditional methods with new approaches and patience to create excellent wines, cuvée after cuvée. The Brut Millésimé 2018 is an exceptional Vintage Champagne that beautifully captures the house’s style.
The house was created in 1812 by Alphonse Pierlot and sold to the Nonancourt family in 1939. It has since become one of the most famous of the Grandes Marques Champagnes and is also the region’s largest family-owned house.
An elegant blend of Chardonnay from the Côtes des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Riems, the 2018 Vintage offers fresh grapefruit, peach and plum aromas. A delicate balance of candied citrus, soft brioche and sweet acacia honey flavours make it a great pairing for lemon-infused chicken, cheese soufflé or oysters with seaweed butter.
