It helps that winemaking is in Juan’s blood. His grandfather made wine in Piedmont before leaving Italy for Argentina. And now Juan is taking wine production to the next level with wines like this expressive, pure-tasting organic Chakana Torrontés.

They’ve equipped the cellar with ultra-modern concrete fermentation ‘eggs’, which capture the wine’s bright fruit character and add a creaminess, while traditional oak casks lend a very light touch of oak.
This delicious white wine has a pleasing rounded texture, with creamy orchard fruit, floral notes and lovely length. An excellent choice with creamy fish pie or roast chicken.
