From sustainably managed, lavender and wild herb-strewn hillside vineyards, the Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes produce a fine, crisp rosé with delicate berry fruit and a subtle savoury edge. A great choice with poached salmon, salt and pepper squid or on its own.
