The grapes are grown close to Lake Balaton in Hungary’s Etyek Buda, a subregion of Dunántúli, which boasts a climate perfect for elegant white wines. Indeed, the area used to provide wines for the Russian Imperial court and still shows its regal credentials when it comes to great Chardonnay.
