Careful restoration over the last decade has made it terrific place to search out great wine. Flora and fauna conservation is a priority as well. The team take great care in finding the best sites for each grape, hence their Appellation Series. For Pinot Noir, that's cool-climate Elgin which produces some of the finest Burgundy-style wines in the world. The grapes for this red are from some of region's highest vineyards, hence its superb intensity and finesse. Wild yeast fermented and aged a year in French oak, it brims with lush berry fruit, with floral and spice complexity.
