The Story Behind the Bottle

This superb cuvée from the Anselmi family estate is certainly dazzling and is made exclusively for us. The winery boasts nearly a century of winemaking, combining experience and tradition with an eye on the future. Set up by Ettore Anselmi in 1928, they moved to Friuli-Venezia Giulia in the 1950s, planting extensive vineyards. His son Luigi is now winemaker and has made this elegant fizz with a perfume of white blossom, citrus, pear and apricot. Chill down and sip! No excuse needed!
