He’s the sixth generation of his family in the business and boasts considerable international experience. He honed his crafted in Australia and the States, before returning to the Douro where he became head of winemaking at Taylor’s. This LBV has layers of rich flavour. Savour slowly on its own or with Stilton or, the Portuguese way, with rich chocolate torte.
