A local boy and talented winemaker, Alessandro knows every grape grower worth knowing, every premium vineyard and has spent his life making outstanding wines. We first met him when he was head winemaker at a large winery – his wines always impressed us, but he was also keen to go out on his own. We were delighted and promised we’d be his first customer – we’re still championing his wines today.
Made with selected grapes from Udine in northeastern Italy, this Prosecco is fresh and inviting, bursting with ripe green apple, tropical fruit and hints of fresh bread. Serve chilled and enjoy with food or as an aperitivo.
