When Loose Cannon opened in 2010, they revived a centuries-old brewing tradition in Abingdon. Their flagship beer is traditional, malty Abingdon Bridge while Gunners Gold is lighter and oh-so refreshing. Marlow’s Rebellion brewery have been going a little longer and delighting beer drinkers with their hoppy Blonde and bolder Red ale. And beer-loving Iron Maiden fans swear by rich, dark Trooper and the band’s hop-heavy Pale ale, both crafted by Stockport’s historic Robinson’s brewery.
