The Pinot Grigio grape is a rising star Down Under. Once relatively unknown, its stellar trail has been meteoric. Now it’s almost impossible to get your hands on a good one like The Vagari. As our buyer Dan said, “reality is, Pinot Grigio is as rare as hen’s teeth”. So, when Dan was on the hunt and came across the lively, fresh and beautifully floral Vagari Pinot Grigio, he bagged as much as he could. Harvested from selected vineyards within South Eastern Australia, this 2021 release is a delightful, pure-fruit expression of the grape. Fresh and lively, it has a wealth of zesty lime, white nectarine and pear. It’s the perfect refreshment to keep close at hand for when guests are around. Pair it with good company or light and spicy dishes.
