Ben Branson is the man behind Seedlip, the world's first producer of pucker, non-alcoholic spirits. He has a farming heritage, coupled with a career in drinks brands, which, together, resulted in the launch of Seedlip in 2015. The project started in his kitchen in the woods, along with a copy of 'The Art of Distillation' written in 1651. Within its pages are recipes for non alcoholic herbal remedies. With these in mind, he started to prepare his own. For two years he worked with distillers, growers and historians before he launched his three delicious, grown-up, non alcoholic spirits. Garden 108 speaks of the English countryside, fresh rosemary, mint and thyme, macerated and the liquid distilled. Serve with tonic or as a base for martini.
