A gifted winemaker, Andrew McPherson is also something of a pioneer, having managed the building of several wineries in Australia, Europe and America before settling down to create his own range of wines. His aim with The Full Fifteen was to create a huge, black, spicy red that would be smooth and immensely drinkable. Some might have been satisfied with that, but Andrew wanted to push the boundaries further and has created a sparkling version, sparkling red being an Aussie speciality. The wine offers a lovely mouthful of ripe fruit complemented by a fine mousse of bubbles. A popular style in Australia, it’s perfect for the barbie or hearty dishes and has a bit of party atmosphere about it. A great talking point at your next dinner party.
