He had to move fast – China has become a huge export market for Australia and they love Chardonnay! The wine is from South Australia’s premium Limestone Coast. Made up of six subregions, they all share a prized deep red soil and a superb ocean cooled climate. Grapes ripen slowly, which is particularly good for producing crisp, aromatic whites. So enjoy Australia’s characteristic, sunshine ripe fruit with a gentle hint of toasty spice, all underscored by a lovely citrus minerality. An elegant glass solo and tasty with creamy chicken or fish.
