Cleanskin Limestone Coast Chardonnay 2019

This is the latest edition to our Cleanskin range – top-notch wines from iconic cellars at great deal prices. It's from a 5-star winery address in the Limestone Coast, a region which encompasses big name places such as Coonawarra and Padthaway. It's the limestone soils and cooling ocean breezes that make it so special. Our Buyer Dan was bowled over by this Chardonnay on first taste. There's not a dot of oak - all super fresh and limey, backed up by creamy peach flavour. The ideal balance and easily served with its handy screwcap lid. A white to enjoy, chilled, on its own, but equally it's a star with creamy fish pie, marinaded chicken kebabs or a roasted aubergine, basil and tofu noodle dish. Very versatile and difficult to resist.
