Domaine Servin Chablis Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre 2023
If there were to be an 8th Grand Cru in Chablis, Montée de Tonnerre would be it. There’s lots of concentraton and latent power here with ripe stone fruits and searing minerality on finish.
We're sorry, this wine is sold out.

But don't worry, you'll find plenty more handpicked wines here.

The Story Behind the Bottle
Servin is a superb, 7th-generation family domaine, less well known than it should be. That’s despite Wine Advocate marking them out as deserving a higher reputation and Neal Martin writing that they “come warmly recommended”. The Servins can boast over 200 years of experience in Chablis. Now, added to that is the skill of François Servin’s brother-in-law, Australian winemaker Marc Cameron. Decanter journalist Andrew Jefford describes the wines as having “great elegance, purity and length”. The 2023s are a great news story, and will offer lovely drinking even in relative youth. There is text book Chablis tension, with just a hint of the evocative crustacean tasting notes the region is famed for.
