Craig and Sarah are the couple behind this super zippy Kiwi white. Craig first cut his teeth managing the vineyards of Cloudy Bay and Dog Point, while Sarah worked at Grove Mill and Spy Valley. In 2007, they decided it was time to plant their own vineyard and found a premium piece of land in Marlborough that ticked all the boxes. It lies between Villa Maria and Wither Hills and was originally a dairy farm. They ploughed, tended, woke up the soil, and planted it. With only one grape, mind – you guessed it, Sauvignon Blanc. As they said, “When you have the best land in the world for Sauvignon why would you grow anything else?” Combining skills and passion, Sarah and Craig do everything themselves. Great on its own or with spicy dishes.
