Windsor Great Park Sparkling Rosé 2022

England's reputation for producing exceptional sparkling wine has soared in the last two decades and we are delighted to be able to support this trend with a superb Brut and rosé from the heart of Windsor Great Park. There was, in fact, a vineyard in the Park in the 1100s, under King Henry I. Nine centuries later, in 2010, Tony Laithwaite discovered a 3-hectare, south-facing plot there, with all the attributes for a top-class vineyard – gentle breezes, a moderate climate, well drained soils. We gained permission to plant Champagne’s classic varieties and harvested our first grapes in 2013. The wines have received worldwide praise. From an award-winning winemaker, this rosé has delicious berry fruit, with a fine mineral-fresh edge.
