The Beer
Siren Craft is a small outfit based in West Berkshire with a clear, stated aim: to arouse people’s curiosity in the endless flavour possibilities of beer. They believe it can be enjoyed in the same way as fine wine. The guys use up to eight times as many ingredients as you find in standard, large-production beer and make their brews in small batches to keep everything fresh. They also take a slow, artisanal approach to crafting it, saying it'll be ready when it’s time, not because it’s due out the door. Squiggle is a soft and juicy Pale Ale, brewed with Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic hops to give delicious mango, grapefruit and stone fruit flavours. A new liquid form of Mosaic Spectrum hop gives extra punch, while oats lend a smooth creaminess.
